Hace poco, una clienta llegó a nuestra oficina en Acapulco al borde de la desesperación. Tenía un vuelo de regreso a Estados Unidos en tres días y el Registro Civil en México acababa de rechazar su trámite. ¿El problema? Su documento había sido traducido y certificado en Estados Unidos, pero la autoridad local le exigía el sello de un perito traductor oficial del estado.
